A seriously challenging single track trail race along the stunning cliffs of the Bold Coast, then back inland through mud and rocks and along slippery bog bridging. The 10 mile race does one loop in a clockwise (analog clock) direction. The 20 mile does the first loop clockwise, the second loop anticlockwise, 30 milers do the 3rd last loop clockwise. 20 and 30 mile runners must return to the start/finish/aid station area between laps.
There are no aid stations on the course, you must be self supporting for all requirements - expect each lap to take between 2 and 4 hours.
