COURSE DETAILS

The Mountains to Sea Trail 100 Endurance Run is designed for speed and agility.

All distances will travel the same out-and-back course heading west from headquarters. The 50 & 100 mile courses will include an additional out-and-back heading east, with turnarounds corresponding to each total distance. Along the scenic course, runners will experience beautiful views of Falls Lake, crossing several bridges and often running right beside the lake.

Race headquarters will be busy for the entire race and we'll need help with set up, packet pick up, and many other tasks.
Support runner safety and care by assisting with road crossings, traffic management, and nutritional or medical care.
After the runners clear sections of the course, we'll need folks to clean up trash and make sure runners are all accounted for.

Please fill out our contact form and race director Jonathan Frey will send you details and schedules on how to get involved.
