This course runs around the restricted area of Upper Mustang in Nepal. This 50 million year old uploaded ocean bed offers some crazily enjoyable trails, made all the more challenging due to the altitude. More than just running, this is a cultural exploration of a Tibetan Buddhist area - checkpoints at caves, monasteries, traditional villages feature in this experience.
