George Town, Grand Cayman

Off The Beaten Track (OTBT) is an annual and charitable 50KM ultra-marathon in the Cayman Islands designed to lead participants on a route along un-chartered, lush, tropical bush, on the sandy caribbean beaches and through unseen back roads. This one of-a-kind marathon experience offers individuals two challenging options to its runners: 1.For the seasoned individual runner, there is the opportunity to tackle this 50 kilometer cross-country course in the sizzling sun of the Caribbean. Established in 2010 by KRyS Global CEO and ultra-marathon runner, Kenneth Krys, OTBT maintains its adrenaline-charged reputation in Grand Cayman with a different route every year. With running enthusiasts like Derek Larner from Race Caribbean designing the course, expect to be pushed to your limits as he conjures paths for this route that may not even exist until just days before the run! What?s equally rewarding about OTBT 2015 is that once registered, participants are also contributing to a local charity in the Cayman Islands (Meals on Wheels) and the international charity, Facing Africa.
