In this game.
You do not have to be the fastest.
But you can't be the slowest.

To play is very easy.

At 9AM we run a 1 mile race.
The last one back is out.

Repeat every 20 minutes.
Until only 1 person remains.

No victory laps needed.

The total distance of the race depends on how many people show up.
With each person running a different distance.
Until they are each the slowest one left.


The winner only needs to win one race.
The last one.

Winning earlier races means nothing.
Or does it?

As long as you are not the last one back.
And start the next lap on time.
You are still in the race.

If you do not start a race.
You are out.
Last one back in that race is out as well.
