Choose from a 4 hour – 8 hour – or 12 hour option to meet your goal, or to just come out and have a great day running on the trails. Jesse Helms park is flat and fast moving, giving you a perfect opportunity to push your speed on a long distance run. Or, just come out and enjoy a beautiful park for hours on end. The course is a 3+ mile route with less than 300 feet of elevation gain. In plain terms, the challenge will be meeting the goal you set before you come.
