You will be in awe of the beauty of this course and venue. You'll run a ~3 mile trail loop continuously for 6 or 12 hours passing by a spectacular waterfall, mountain creeks and a run through the vintage event barn every lap. Each loop boasts 400+ feet of elevation gain, it's a good thing this course is so beautiful to distract you from the challenges of the ups and downs of this impressive single-track!

The timed race format has many desirable advantages. You don't have to commit to finish a specific distance, all levels welcome. To receive a finishers gift you must start the race and run/hike at least one loop! It's also a good time to see what you can do in 6 hours and 12 hours! You don't know exactly how long you'll be out there so it's great for race strategizing. The loop format gives you many opportunities to see other runners and run past the aid station often. You won't have to carry a ton of gear, fuel or hydration since you'll never be too far away. The 5k course is one loop.

The race course and venue are all on private property and is reserved for us race weekend. The property is incredibly beautiful and perfect for a gathering, such as an ultra running event.

*If you plan to come just for the day, that's no problem. You can pick up your packet that morning or afternoon before your race starts.

The Details

Race start times are staggered so everyone finishes together as the fireflies are lighting up. You will don your headlamps and will too become a firefly floating through the woods.

-5k starts at 8:15a

-12hr starts at 8:30a

-6hr starts at 2:30p

FAQ:

My business would like to sponsor this event, who do I contact? Email carrie@elevateeventcompany.com. Without sponsors this event would not be possible!
Will there be any aid stations? Yes! We will have one main aid station in the barn, which you will pass through every loop.
I'd like to participate as a vendor, who do I contact? carrie@elevateeventcompany.com
What if I sign up and later realize I can't participate? Are refunds available? We'll allow a 100% refund more than 6 months prior, 50% refund 3-6 months prior, no refunds within 3 months of the race. Ultra sign up fees are non-refundable. We will also allow transfers to other participants or deferments to next year up until 4 weeks prior. Within 4 weeks of the event there will be no deferments.
Is there a maximum number of tickets available? Yes there is. We are capping the event at 135 total.
Do you need volunteers? We sure do! Our volunteers get a free shirt! Follow the registration link to sign up for a shift.
What's the parking situation? Free onsite grass parking, follow parking signs.
When is packet pick up? Friday night 4p-6p and all day Saturday starting at 7a.
What happens if it rains? The event is held rain or shine. If it is lightning we will delay until there is 30 minutes with no lightning. In the unfortunate situation where the weather is too bad to hold the event we will provide a discount to ticket holders for next year. It is not possible to issue refunds due to inclement weather.
