Walk, run, cycle or roll your choice of distance (25 km to 150 km) from the Western Arctic community of Inuvik to the seaside community of Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean. Immerse yourself in the Arctic’s unique beauty, learn about the local culture and dance under the midnight sun.
Not a race or sporting event, TREK2TUK4KIDS is a commitment to the future of the Western Arctic.
This 3 day experience includes a dinner event in each community, cultural showcases and exchanges,
shuttle transportation between Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk, safety support and all the gravel road you can handle. Your participation also directly supports local youth by funding wellness programs and enrichment opportunities for students.
100% of proceeds raised by TREK2TUK4KIDS benefits the students of the Inuvik East 3 and Tuktoyaktuk Mangilaluk schools.
